Bookish Broads is Cozy & Content’s in-person book club in Franklin, North Carolina, where passionate readers gather once a month to laugh, debate, and share their love of great stories. Our group is small, welcoming, and full of personality — the kind of book club where conversations flow as freely as the coffee.

What We’re About

Bookish Broads isn’t your average book club. We read everything — from cozy mysteries and romance to true crime and thrillers — and we discuss it all in vivid, unfiltered detail. If you prefer polite small talk, this might not be your scene. But if you love honest, open conversations about the wild, wonderful, and sometimes weird corners of literature, you’ll fit right in.

We also value kindness, inclusion, and respect. Prejudice, sexism, or discrimination of any kind are not tolerated.

Membership Details

Members are encouraged to attend at least six meetings per year and enjoy 20% off all current book club picks. While Bookish Broads is mostly a closed group, we occasionally welcome new members who share our passion for reading, connection, and community.
