Refunds & Returns Policy

At Cozy & Content Bookstore in Franklin, NC, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for both in-store and online purchases.


1. In-Store Purchases

We accept returns for most items purchased in-store within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt.

  • Items must be in new, resaleable condition.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Clearance or discounted books

    • Gift cards

    • Personalized or special-order items

    • Event tickets

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.


2. Online Merchandise (Bonfire or Partner Stores)

All online merchandise (including apparel and accessories) is fulfilled by Bonfire or other third-party platforms.
Because fulfillment and payment processing happen on their sites, refunds and exchanges for those items must be handled directly through Bonfire at https://www.bonfire.com.

Each platform follows its own return policy, which is available on their checkout or support pages.


3. Event Tickets and Vendor Fees

Event registrations, workshops, or vendor fees are generally non-refundable once processed, unless the event is canceled by Cozy & Content.
If you need to cancel attendance, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can review your situation individually.
